Pricing and Payment

1. All rental rates are calculated on a daily basis.

2. A minimum booking duration of two days is required.

3. The rental day runs from 9:00 AM on one day to 9:00 AM the next day.

4. Full payment—including car rental, pickup and delivery charges, and security deposit—must be made in advance on the first day of renting the car.

Conditions of Rental

5. Extra hours beyond the daily period are charged as a full day rate.

6. Fuel expenses are the responsibility of the renter.

7. The renter must hold a valid driving licence for at least two years, and provide a photocopy at the time of vehicle rental.

8. A security deposit of ₹3,000 is required; for premium or higher-end models a larger deposit may apply. The renter is responsible for any damage, scratches, or theft of accessories.

9. In case of a major accident, the cost of repairs and any downtime for the garage must be borne by the renter. All repairs—both minor and major—must be performed through authorised dealers.

10. If the car is returned not clean, a washing/cleaning charge of ₹300 will apply.

Use Restrictions & Other Conditions

11. We are available 24 hours for car delivery or pick-up where needed, subject to an additional charge depending on the location.

12. Bookings are made by vehicle category; specific car models cannot be guaranteed.

13. Vehicles are subject to availability.

14. Discounts may be available for long-duration rentals—please inquire.

15. Standing or climbing on the car (e.g. roof, bonnet) for photography is strictly prohibited; violation may result in forfeiture of security deposit and legal action.

16. The standard tariffs do not apply during December (peak-season).

17. Driving on beaches in Goa is strictly prohibited; offenders may face penalties.

18. Vehicles must stay within the state of Goa. Taking the vehicle outside Goa violates RTO rules and will incur fines and extra charges.

19. Airport parking fees must be paid by the customer if the car is picked up or dropped at the airport. These charges are not included in the rental price.

Cancellation Policy

20. If the booking is cancelled 48 hours or more before the pickup time, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total charges applies.

21. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are not allowed, and in case of “no show” no refund will be given.

22. Bookings made for special occasions (e.g. festivals, holidays, New Year etc.) are non-cancellable.

Refund Policy

23. Once a cancellation request is approved, any refund will be processed through the same payment method used for booking.

24. Refunds will typically appear in the customer’s account within 7 days of cancellation.

Cleanliness Policy

26. Vehicles are delivered clean and in good condition. It is expected that the renter returns the car in similar condition.

27. If the car is returned dirty internally or externally, a deep cleaning fee of ₹750 will apply.
